As a Program Manager for Program Development and Outreach at the University of Texas at Dallas Office of Research and Innovation, I manage special research projects and workforce development initiatives for multiple UTD programs. These programs include semiconductor, energy storage, sustainability, and internal funding initiatives. I also assist our researchers in sharing their important work with the community, and manage our office communications, social media, and marketing. I take pride in my position in academia; serving researchers and innovators that continue to change the world. As a graduate student in the Master of Public Affairs program at UTD, I am able to combine what I'm learning in the classroom with my career experience in higher ed. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Sociology from Illinois State University. #RedbirdProudI am outgoing, organized, efficient, and try to be kind in every situation.
