- Scrum master for two engineering teams with 9 engineers in an infrastructure organization- Designed, implemented, and maintained Reaper and Billing services for internal test environments using AWS and Java. (Annual technical budget of ~$12 Million) serving performance engineers across the company- Founded an internal engineering team, starting with 4 engineers and growing to 9 engineers, eventually splitting into 2 teams. We created Salesforce environments for internal testing, allowing dedicated environments to be deployed within an hour of being requested as opposed to requiring months. Over time my role expanded to include presenting team work at company conferences- Trained and mentored global team of engineers handling production investigations as well as creating, investigating, and managing Salesforce internal environments on AWS - Developed an automated Gold File Diff process to scale regression detection across all platform engineering teams for Salesforce SOAP APIs on the Salesforce API team- Presented at Dreamforce with product manager, including demos and Q&A for new Apex and API product features

- Built a performance test workload for Salesforce Streaming API v1, which was the largest performance workload at the time using Jmeter, Grinder, and internal tools- Split Quality Engineering deliverables between 2 teams : API team and Apex team- Mentored peers around best practices for test planning, and production troubleshooting

- Created test plans, implemented test automation for Apex features: Batch Apex, SOQL pagination, and other Apex features- Expanded Apex Hammer processes and validated Apex transition from AST to ByteCode. The hammer runs all customer generated code against new versions of the Salesforce compiler, which increased confidence in stability of feature rollouts (Millions of lines of Apex code in Production)- Added and qualified patch fixes, test fixes, and logging to production code in Java
