As a Project Manager at Searchspring, I lead and coordinate eCommerce implementations for clients across various industries and platforms. I work with the professional services team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of solutions that meet their needs and expectations, beginning with requirements gathering and concluding after our software is successfully implemented to production. I also provide solutions and support to clients and internal stakeholders on how to use and optimize the Searchspring products available.I have a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Lee University, where I developed strong interpersonal, project management, creative process, and teleconferencing skills. I also have 6 years of experience in nonprofit service, legal services, and organizational/culture development, where I honed my social influence and professional development skills.
