As a Human Resources Assistant at CSL, I play a key role in supporting the HR team and the employees in various aspects of human resources management, such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations. I have maintained an average CSAT score of 4.8 while providing quick and effective resolutions to problems by utilizing my superb communication and technical skills.I am graduating from Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic design, and have a media Communications Certificate, as well as completed various freelance projects which is where I honed my creativity. My work and life experiences are what tailored my innovation, and problem-solving abilities. I am passionate about improving work efficiency and creating a positive workplace culture, where employees feel valued, engaged, and empowered. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in the HR field.As a graphic artist, my ability to create concepts on the fly is testament to the amount of practice ive put in. As an artist, ive been developing my drawing skills since I was eight years old, and have had several chances to expand on that knowledge with mentors as well as freelance projects.
