Danish is currently working as an Assistant Manager at OYO Rooms in the customer service excellence team looking after the customer escalations processes. He interned at OYO in the same department where he worked on projects to reduce escalation resolution TAT and improve resolution satisfaction.Danish has completed his PGDM (Equivalent to M.B.A.) in Operations and Supply Chain Management at SPJIMR, Mumbai. During an enriching two years at SPJIMR, Danish got an opportunity to learn, in greater depths, the nuances of Operations and Supply Chain Management and Analytics taking advanced courses at SPJIMR as well Eli Broad School of Management, Michigan State University. He also got an opportunity to work on social issues like Sanitation and Hygiene in rural India as part of an Internship program.Previously, he worked as a Plant Engineer at the Melamine manufacturing unit of Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd., Vadodara for 36 months after completing his B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University, Nadiad in 2014. At GSFC, he stabilized the manufacturing process through parameter improvements, diligent monitoring of processes and manpower supervision.He is passionate about sports and has represented his school at various state and national level Badminton competitions.Being an eternal learner he always looks for opportunities for personal and professional growth.
