Whether running a comedy club, tech startup or a real estate practice, my goal has always been to maximize customer satisfaction. In the past, I have worked with the Dan Gilbert Family of Companies in many capacities: Director of Quality Assurance at Xenith, the manufacturer of one of the top safety rated football helmets; Director of Product Development at Fathead, the REAL BIG brand in officially licensed, life-size, hi-def wall graphics of professional athletes, animated super heroes and entertainment figures; and Training and Launch Chief at Bizdom, an academy for entrepreneurs which I helped launch in the City of Detroit. I also owned and operated Improv Inferno, an improv comedy club in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We had an excellent run of two years, once being voted the Best Local Comedy Troupe by Real Detroit. I created the Michigan Improv and Laugh Festival which was attended by over 500 people in five days.Prior to moving to Michigan, I ran my own law practice specializing in residential real estate. I also was an instructor at Second City in Chicago and Columbia College in Chicago. I taught improv, which is really all about teaching people to trust themselves and make strong choices.I graduated with honors from Notre Dame with a degree in Psychology, and with highest honors from Loyola Law School in Chicago.
