As an Analytics Consultant on the EHR Analytics Consulting team, we were an all-encompassing custom analytics team. Our goal was to provide actionable insights that led to measurable value for our clients. We achieved these results by working with clients to identify the problem, agreeing to an approach, acquiring the data, analyzing the data, and providing actionable insights. Typically, our insights would result in a software-based change or educational intervention.During my time on this team, I developed a proficiency for SQL (Query writing - Oracle & Vertical) and Tableau. Additionally, I've become very familiar with Cerner's Millennium, HealtheIntent, and LightsOn Network databases/table structure.

I deployed our HealtheRegistries, HCC, and Cerner Data Submission solutions. These solutions sit on top of our cloud-based HealtheIntent platform. As a deployment consultant, I was responsible for the success of these implementations. The deployment of these solutions followed a standard framework; however, each task required strategic consulting to localize requirements and design decisions. A few of the notable tasks included: consulting the client around solution-based design decisions, developing cloud-based attribution and population algorithms, working with engineering to properly code their quality measure requirements, validating the solution and its data, educating the client, and troubleshooting the solution and/or platform.

I provided acute and ambulatory adoption coaching for a wide range of Cerner solutions. I've supported Powerchart, Powerchart Ambulatory, Powerchart Oncology, Revenue Cycle, and Firstnet. I provided coaching services for five months. I became a project manager in my sixth month. I managed end user support and optimization for a large, non-profit health organizations in the southwest part of the US. We converted their clinics from paper, Intergy, NextGen, and Centricity. I led the coaching effort to convert 607 providers across 129 clinics and 17 specialities. At its peak, I managed 60 coaches across 3 waves and 51 clinics.

I completed Cerner's Business Academy program (formerly known as Velocity). Upon completion, I was placed in a temporary position on the Revenue Cycle Patient Accounting engineering team. I performed project coordination duties. These duties included: developing an Excel-based Gantt chart for forecasting, scrum master, and meeting facilitation.

Ensured we had the proper amount of employees on staff, but if not, I was responsible for finding a replacement. Once the games started, I focused more on the safety and well being of our guests while maintaining the appearance of each complex.
