Negotiated and managed all analyst firm contracts, extending basic contracts to include merchandising and custom research requests.Moved high-end business units from a purely public relations mentality to understanding the value of industry analyst relations. Instituted modular, web-based training program for field sales force, showing to how leverage positive analyst information and overcome objections based on analyst reports.
