Danka Ducic, a bilingual clinical psychologist, has over 25 years experience in the public and private health sectors in Montreal. She has a private office in Montreal West and also works at the CLSC Cote des Neiges and various EAP programs (Dialogue, Homewood, PAMBA, Relais). An honors graduate of McGill University, she has training in both cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic-analytic approaches. In private practice since 1993, she specializes with adults who suffer primarily from depression and anxiety and also sees those with various other mental health issues including post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and eating disorders. In addition she has expertise in short term therapies and has worked with employee assistance programs for over a decade. Working on the Youth Mental Health team at the CLSC CDN since 2008 (and with 20 years experience on the crisis teams of the Montreal Children’s Hospital), she sees children, adolescents, parents and families where youth have mental health issues. She specializes with depressed and suicidal youth who are in crises or pre-crisis, and treats a variety of other mental health issues.
