After 40 years in the swimming pool industry, I am proud that my career continues at Fluidra after the merger with Zodiac. My experience in virtually all aspects of our industry provides me with a key insight into the world of commercial pools.Certifications: I am a CPO (Certified Pool Operator), I am a CAPM (Certified Associate of Project Management), and I have a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (CSSGB).Patents: I am listed as an inventor on patent no. 7,398,138, which is an electronic pool and spa controller. I've also been listed on a recent provisional patent. This work was done for my current employer, Fluidra.TV appearances: I have appeared on The History Channel's show "Modern Marvels" in an interview regarding salt water chlorinators in swimming pools. The show was entitled "Salt" and showed many different aspects of the mineral, one of them being our device that creates chlorine from it.Magazine Articles: I've written several articles for two our industry's trade magazines, Pool & Spa News and Aqua. I've also been consulted and quoted for several articles in various other trade magazines.In addition to English, I speak Australian and Canadian.
