Product Marketing at Harness evolved and changed as I helped the company scale from 100 employees to 900 employees and helped increase ARR 10x. I was responsible for running the flagship product Continuous Delivery. Marketing - I created marketing collateral including messaging documents, persona documents, buyer's journeys, blogs, e-books, and ad copy. I was also responsible for our customer reference program which resulted in 6 new case studies per quarter. Towards the later end of my tenure, I also managed the pipeline attainment for my product resulting in a 25% increase in pipeline dollars.Product - Across three years I launched over 25 key features and 3 new products. I trained myself from zero technical knowledge to being able to stand up a local Kubernetes cluster and build/deploy sample applications. I worked closely with our PM team to track feature launches and create roadmaps to guide marketing strategy. Sales - I created the sales boot camp structure that the company uses to onboard new employees and ran regular enablement sessions to translate technical concepts to pain/value. I provided the sales team with collateral including first meeting decks, comp intel battle cards, competition take-out campaigns, and whitepapers. My team and I succesfully raised Stage 2 -> Closed Won win rates by 10%.

I was hired to conduct business value assessments (BVA) for enterprise sales reps. In my first two months I automated my job. What was once a 3-hour process could be completed in 10 minutes. In my new free time, I compiled every completed BVA into the company's first "State of Industry" report.
