The site has gone through some extensive revisions and redesigns since it's initial launch, and I've always appreciated Dan's tenacity in pushing us all forward to embrace new platforms and technologies. Dan is also very savvy when it comes to technology and platforms, and is able to pick up technical details rapidly. He's always looking for cost effective ways to improve and modernize the site and it's overall experience. Some examples of some initiatives that he's spearheaded: Full site redesign using a standard HTML grid framework (Foundation). This provided a much better mobile and tablet experience. Extensive additions to analytics using both Google Analytics and Mixpanel (using Segment.io behind the scenes). Complete UI and design overhaul for the "Download Center" section of the site. Creating a standardized "Style Guide" that provides consistency for web content throughout the site. If there's one word I would use to describe Dan Lucas, it's versatile. "
