Responsibilities include using information technology to fill business needs. Projects encompass, RFID system design and coordination, Quality Module implementation, document imaging integration with Syteline ERP, EDI implementation, ASN data collection upgrade, project labor tracking and material usage variance analysis. Also played key role in server virtualization, WLAN upgrade, IT shared services launch and WAN implementation.

Duties included IT contract management, purchasing, systems administration and general support of a 100+ computer network. Completed projects included active directory upgrade, backup tape library implementation, WSUS with third party patch management launch and help desk ticketing system.Also managed help desk support contractors and strategic partners performing systems and ERP upgrade.

Played a key roll in new ERP implementations for a new business unit and a plant located in North Carolina. Implemented an active RFID system to track scrap bins. participated in a six sigma Kaizen event and created tools for material yield analysis for production management. Developed visual inventory system for IT department to track assets.
