Action was born out of a desire to network churches, agencies and businesses together to collectively serve the ever increasing level of needs throughout our community.In the past year, nearly 5000 individuals completed over 1100 projects with acts of service to more than 18,000 people with a broad scope of needs.Today, over 100 churches, numerous agencies, and many firms in the business community support ACTION in helping to realize our Mission: "To share the love of Christ through acts of service that change lives and strengthen our communities."We focus primarily on seniors, veterans, disabled residents, and under resourced families through our 4 primary program activities: Community Christmas Shoppe, Serve Day, Serve Every Day, and ActionLink.
