Ensures final statuses of reclamas are recorded in the Tasker Tracker Database. • Ensures the Brigade S-3 is prepared and rehearsed to brief the status of taskers during the BDE meetings, BDE S3 teleconferences, Chief of Staff meetings, and Command and Staff meetings as required. • Establishes Tasking SOPs and protocols and ensures the Branch Chief adheres to these standards. • Provides MDMP and tasking training to assigned personnel, Directors and their staff to ensure consistency and adherence to tasking SOPs, protocols and procedures. • Coordinates directly with primary staff directors or their deputies to clarify tasking, RFI or reclama requirements. Advises the S3 on short-suspense taskings or late taskings that have the propensity to bring controversy to the command, staff, division, brigades or battalions and provides a preferred course of action to execute.
