  I worked on projects in the lending area, building from scratch both the interface and the implementation of many eligibility rules, as well as integrating Ame systems with partners such as Banco Parati, BitCapital, BXBlue, among others. I actively participated as one of the main contacts with these partners, resolving business issues, discussing changes in product flow, raising demands, and anticipating possible delivery delays. I was also responsible for testing and reviewing product flows, monitoring, publishing them, and analyzing user experience through Google Analytics.Subsequently, I was responsible for maintaining and improving lending products, such as code refactoring, product flow improvements, and error handling, while observing user behavior, feedback from the customer service team, and API errors through CloudWatch. I was also responsible for homologating such tasks, using AWS to manipulate the database of different environments when necessary.
