Working alongside the GMR UK IT Manager providing around the clock support to users based in the UK, US, Russia. Providing 2nd / 3rd line support, with duties ranging from creation of accounts, to asset management to server migrations. Supporting desktops from HP laptops to Apple MAC’SBeing the first point of contact for all IT issues and having ownership of the IT helpdesk.Being the “hands on” in house support.

First/Second line support and administration of the Karmarama internal infrastructure. This involves proactive support to ensure that the servers, PCs, and software applications are operating as required. Supporting account and design teams and various other departments. Overseeing faults from the point of logging the case through to resolution and closing of the case, actively communicating with the user with regular updates.Setting up new users including AD account, Exchange and PC/MAC setup.iPhone and Blackberry support.Extensive VPN and Sophos setup.Experience of using SQL and Paprika.Extensive support to OSX users including the new 10.8.MS Office 2010, Office 2011 support including project.
