1.According to the NPI Stage Gate Process, begin with business case start, project tracking and so on;2.Familiar with basic project development tooling of APQP,PPAQ,MSA,SPC,FMEA and QFD, knew the issue handling with 8D,seven ways of Fish bone, Pareto, Stratification method, Checklist, Scatter diagram, Histogram and Control chart together with Minitab 15 Software Application; 3.As a Project Quality Responsible and Participants(focused on the series products), with organization management under relative pressure , the most impressive was that I had been trained in American and Mexico, then come back with teamwork to ensure all the transferred projects from American & Mexico to mass production then normal shipment in our Ningbo enterprise, at the same time, together with team members integrate the resources with the NPI stage, projects transferring, some continual improvement plans& actions and so on; 4.Act as Colfax Business System (CBS) Role in our Ningbo enterprise, push and execute the related model of Project Gate Stage Review, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Eliminating Waste ,Cost Cutting and so on.◆Achievements: 1. Take at least 14 new and old projects during my job period; 2. Worked as the additional Colfax Business System(CBS）Role to push and work with top management for related jobs in Ningbo Enterprise which starting at Jun 20th,2016 based on the original Projects Responsible and Participants.
