- To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget- To coordinate internal resources and contractor / consultants / landlords for the flawless execution- To communicate and coordinate with authority, landlord, contractor, consultant and all related parties- To manage change in project scope, schedule and cost- To prepare report, detail and necessary document- Involve in System Development Life Cycle, production support, ensure the enforcement of the standard and procedure in term of solution delivery, deployment and documentation.- To perform L1 and L2 problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation.- Follow-up on findings, issues and rectification, audit and compliances and ensure actions are taken & implemented as required.- To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.- To understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes.- Work with various teams on development and maintenance of interfaces to ensure successful system integrations.- Perform system review and propose improvement and prevention measures on current systems.- Support disaster recovery planning, testing and execution to achieve system availability according to recovery objective.
