I currently serve as the Learning Spaces Design and Maintenance Manager for Digital Spaces | UCLA IT Services and as the principal Audio-Visual Design Engineer / AV Project Manager for classrooms, lecture Halls, and other digital spaces across campus. I rejoined UCLA in 2006 to coordinate, develop, and grow Bruincast, UCLA’s lecture capture program. In 2013 I shifted my 20+ years of audio-visual industry experience to manage Learning Spaces Technology & Design, an in-house design-build group focused on classroom design and next-generation learning technologies. Before returning to UCLA, I was the Media Services Manager for the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. While previously at UCLA, I was the Head of Technical Systems for UCLA’s Audio Visual Services. My first adventures in Los Angeles were in the audio recording industry working with several Latin Grammy nominees. When I'm not working you might find me catching some California sun, walking the dogs with my teens, at the beach, or on a perfect day, sipping a rich cup of coffee, nose in a book, unplugged from the world.
