I developed a company sync presence from scratch including: development of internal sync databases; all outward focused marketing and promotional activity (both physical and digital); and all creative pitching and licensing negotiations.i developed and grew master licensing income considerably through focused promotion.I developed company publishing presence by working closely with internal managers and external sub-publishers as well as active scouting for new talent.

I assisted sync/marketing team with external research for potential new creative business opportunities as well as taking part in creative pitches for film and advertising briefs.I developed, updated and maintained company internal sync database systems as well as externally focused catalogue documents.I also created artwork designs for five externally distributed sync department compilation CDs.

I assisted product managers in daily duties including liaison with signed labels & researching/scouting for potential future signings.I also assisted UK marketing manager in daily duties. Aided in marketing campaign brainstorming as well as compiling data of featured releases on multi-platform digital sites.

I acted as A&R for singer songwriter artist 'Lee Rogers' during the recording and release of his debut album 'Drawing Clocks'.I was a major part of the development of the company’s synchronisation presence (personally achieving placements in UK TV shows as well as independent feature films).I also tour managed pop artist 'Jon-Sel' on several live performances and showcases.
