I liaise with fellow members of the Senior Management Team in HR, Quality and Training to ensure the FM Outsource operation as a whole runs smoothly for every client. Day-to-day, I enjoy a role that offers great variety, allowing me to play a part in shaping the professional development of my managers and supervisors, whilst also problem-solving and implementing new strategies or campaigns.
