Developing unique and innovative software solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Responsible for development and support of the intranet XHTML/PHP based web portal which interfaces with many different systems and databases (MSSQL, MySQL and DB2). Some example applications I’ve developed within this portal include: job application tracking, equipment positions integrated with Google maps, client management software, telephone directory, various database activity monitors with email/text message alerts and more – many of which are optimized for Blackberry and other mobile devices. My additional activities include: maintain and update the corporate web server and public website, gypsumexpress.com, support and upgrade the TruckMate and Transman software systems and design reports using Crystal Reports.

Worked closely with managers and upper level analysts to provide superior software and hardware PC support for over 1,000 employees. Activities consisted of troubleshooting and repair of operating systems and other software and applications including Lotus Notes, Outlook, contact management, antivirus, Java based mainframe sessions and web based report generation and portfolio creation. Hardware support included troubleshooting PC problems (drives, monitors etc.), printers (software & hardware), networking / LAN and VPN issues dealing with RSA security tokens. Supported users during a major software changeover.
