I have worked for Bupa since June 2009 in both the executive recruitment and more recently in the learning and development team (with a mini stint in operations).My most recent role has involved looking after the cost, quality and risk of training, which has involved producing new learning content, engaging with a variety of SME's, improving learning access, producing MI and evaluating learning impact.I thrive on engaging with stakeholders and have a natural passion for wellbeing facilitation. Previous to Bupa I worked as a Recruitment Manager for Hays and was responsible for starting up a successful new division.
