At Livongo/Teladoc, my primary duty was working alongside of the enrollment marketing team to create a range of materials for our member campaigns. Digital collateral consisted of landing pages, emails, intranet banners and social media graphics. Print materials included fliers, trifold brochures, table tents, postcards and booklets.I also worked with was the growth marketing team where I was tasked with experimenting with the layout, imagery and content of our emails for A/B testing that measured asset performance. Illustration work focused on the creation of an icon library that was implemented in social media content for events and various member emails. Non production design work focused on brand evolution. I worked on the creative team that helped determine and implement enriched photography and layouts as well as bring forward new typographic standards companywide.

I had been working as the temporary in house designer at Modern Healthcare, a Crain publication. My duties included the crafting of digital ad campaigns, html emails, a variety of print materials for conferences and the magazine itself as well as sponsored third party (IBM and Oracle) content.

My primary task at Kineo, an Elearning company, was to create art directions and corresponding graphical assets for various training courses. The output for my work was then applied to Kineo’s responsive Adapt Framework as well as Articulate Storyline.It was there that I led the art direction on projects for SC Johnson, Otis Worldwide, Marc Jacobs and Qualcomm. For these courses, I was in charge of all visual decisions which included color palettes, background use, icon style, interactive button states, image and typography.In addition to the designing of these courses, my role as an art director for these projects included responsibilities such as representing Kineo by leading art direction calls with clients. Topics of discussion pertained to the visual decisions that needed to be made, feedback and course functionality regarding visuals. I also reviewed produced content with our development team in order to ensure all interactions and visuals were working properly before we released anything to a client.Other duties I performed as a graphic designer working alongside developers and writers to implement the best mobile UX practices and testing out graphics in Google Chrome’s Developer Tools.Other clients I worked on at Kineo: Phillips Healthcare, Compass Group, Abbvie, BOMI International and S&P.

During my time at Cramer Krasselt, my main responsibility was to the Edward Jones account. My tasks as a creative studio artist on this account ranged from the updating and maintaining of branding standards, to designing standard size web banners. I was also tasked with creating a variety of custom digital content such as branded email formatted for both desktop and mobile, hub page wallpapers as well as rich interactive media. The print components designed for Edward Jones consisted of direct marketing items such as branded postcards, letters and envelopes.I oversaw many other aspects for the Edward Jones team outside of my role as a creative studio artist, as I worked directly underneath my creative directors. Responsibilities included reviewing all of the print and web assets (which were handed off to third party developers) as a means of ensuring that all of the produced content reflected the set branding standards for the account.Other tasks included presenting new ideas and concepts to my creative directors, working with producers to define different in-house needs for various digital campaigns and presenting and coordinating creative assets to the media and account teams.For the Famous Dave’s account, I help define the look and feel for the brand and assisted in designing a range of instore print collateral.

Currently, I have been taking on various freelance assignments that revolve around the creation of flyers for event promotion. My clientele have ranged from the promotion of a comedy night at a local restaurant to the Studio and Concert Jazz ensembles at the University of Miami.

Headbanger is a fully staffed Heavy Metal music and culture magazine I created in the early summer of 2012 that provides extensive cultural insight, interviews with bands who play alongside grammy award winning acts (such as Metallica and Motorhead) as well as concert reviews and photography.

At Allscripts, I worked alongside a small team of designers under an Art Director. I was introduced to vital components of the design world such as creative briefs and critiques. I participated in team meetings, design reviews and conference calls. Additionally, I interviewed the members of my department, as well as receive insightful feedback on my work.
