Started out managing and owning a successful package store business at 18 years old and sold the business 15 years later. Changed direction to become Director of Interactive Voice Services and Call Measurement Numbers at Great Western Directories, Inc., Advanced Communications, and Worldpages.com. Great Western Directories was one of the largest independent directory publishers in the country, publishing books in 7 states. In 2001 Great Western Directories and Worldpages.com were acquired by Transwestern Publishing which was later acquired by Yellowbook USA. Founded BEST Publications, LLP in July, 2001 along with a partner and 20 dedicated employees. BEST Publications publishes Yellow Page Directories in the Houston, Texas Metropolitan Area. Our goal was to to provide the BEST Yellow Page advertising possible for the BEST value andto produce the BEST Community Telephone Directories possible!It is also my desire to contribute to an improving quality of life for our customers, our staff members, and our community.Our goal is to make a very positive and lasting difference in the lives of our customers, employees, and in the communities we serve.Founded a nation wide florist business along with two friends called Express Worldwide Florist Inc. The business grew from placing an ad in one phone book to advertising in over 1000 phone books from coast to coast. Along with this extensive yellow page advertising and affiliations with companies such as JC Penney the company grew to be the largest sending only florist in the entire Teleflora network of 15,000 florists. Express Worldwide Florist was sold to FTD inc. in 2003.Went to work with a longtime friend that founded Quality Assurance Adjusting Services dba QA Claims in 2017. At that time the company was mainly doing adjuster licensing classes for a large insurance carrier. The company has since grown to be one of the largest insurance adjusting firms in the nation. QA Claims works with some of the largest insurance carriers in the nation handling property and auto claims in the field and desk for daily claims and catastrophes. QA Claims currently employs over 800 people through the country. Specialties: Knowledge from top to bottom of what it takes to start and maintain a successful company.
