I have been in commercial construction for over 38 years and have gathered the knowledge and experience to use and pass along. I have directed major corporations and built some interesting projects in my past and present. I not only have those experiences but lots of life experience to share. I have done great things and I have done dumb things, so I not only know what to do, but I also know what not to do! That can sometimes be more important depending on the circumstances. What I have experienced in life and my career translates into vast amounts of “real world” knowledge and experience that you cannot get from a text book, It only comes with experience. I have supervised upwards of 120 men and women, tradesmen, office, admin, and creative teams to success.I have worked for some of the larger corporations in Southern California such as, Consolidated Contracting Services, Snyder Langston, Dolan Construction, and others. I have worked successfully with Chevron Corporation, Bixby Land Company, Irvine Company, Army Corps of Engineers, Northrop, Orange County Airport, Forestry Department, Arborists, National and State Geologists, Wetlands Mitigation, LADWP, GWP (Glendale), SCE, Historical Society, and Environmental Health Departments throughout California, just to name a few. I have consulted for the McDonald’s Corporation, Richemont Group, and even a 40 million dollar High Tech project overseas in China. I am looking for a company where I can apply this knowledge and skill along with the experiences in a leadership position. I have worked in the trades and worked all over the world. I have been a Vice President, Sr. Project Manager and Lead Superintendent, Superintendent, Foreman, Carpenter, and swept floors. I was teaching myself mostly when I was younger, but now I want to impart what I know to others so we can be successful together.
