Managed a B2B onboarding product for financial advisors and spearheaded an initiative that resulted in a 4x expansion of supported account types in 3 months. Trained and worked alongside a team of BAs to manually create and maintain a dynamic database of over 100 forms and over 3000 total fields.Regularly met with clients to discuss product scope, requirements and delivery timelines.
