System Engineer
Current- Install customer support scripts patches, bootstraps and QA/Preproduction/Production patches (configuration, release, wireless) on request.
- Data corrections.
- Specific tasks execution, requested by other MSYS departments or by customers.
- Provide required support effectively and according to the level of impact on business, priority and SLAS.
- Batch procedures scheduling on production, preproduction and QA servers using specific tools (Control-M Workload Automation, IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler).
- Problem and incident/defects management using Jira Software.
