The company was founded based upon a white paper I wrote concerning an emerging niche market for Far Eastern products shipped to the US in bulk, packaged in the US, and distributed direct to retail. The initial EPS plant was opened in Tucson. The second facility was opened in Seattle within the first full year and a Maquiladora for electronic manufacturing services was established within first the 18 months. A custom, full ERP-EDI-Distribution software program was created to provide turnkey service from materials, direct to retail.

I developed the contract manufacturing business unit. I grew the business from a $2 million dollar loss leader into an $80 million dollar profit leader for LiteOn (an international conglomerate). Over that period in time we opened five factories in Mexico and one in the US. We added several assembly technologies. We also opened a full vendor park in Mexico. By doing these things we achieved market leading status in video game manufacturing on a worldwide basis. In addition, we became active in the telephony, returns processing, high end audio, and fitness equipment markets.
