I am responsible for aiding customers through various trades, sales, reserves, and returns as well as restocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and troubleshooting customers' issues and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner.In April of 2013, our store was visited by GameStop president, Tony Bartel; he was highly impressed by the level and quality of customer service provided by my Assistant Manager and myself. He was sure to shake our hands and congratulate both of us on a job well-done!

Working as a Carpenter Apprentice/Helper, I assisted in various duties around the job site; the short-term contract involved the construction of the BMW building for the PGA tour at Crooked Stick Golf Course in Carmel, Indiana.

I answered students' questions regarding the software on the computers as well as maintained a neat and orderly working area.

I was responsible for maintaining check-out records of photo equipment as well as mixing chemicals for the development and printing of black and white photographs.

When I first started at DQ, I was responsible for taking the drive-through customers' orders, making the orders, and running/handing them out to the customer. In addition to food services, it was also my responsibility to ensure the cleanliness of the workstations, dining room, and pump room. After working at the store all throughout high school, I was promoted to Assistant Manager; being only nineteen, I was the youngest manager the store had ever had. With high level of cleanliness and fast drive-through times, our store was ranked one of the highest in the state.
