Managed technology development gated review process for several R&D efforts that will add cyber security features to avionics and on-board networks.

Led a highly technical, geographically dispersed workforce of over 70 technicians in accomplishing Electronic Warfare exercises and tactics at sea. Managed electromagnetic spectrum allocation for communications and radar systems, and resolved interference issues expeditiously. Instituted a breakthrough cyber intrusion detection and situational awareness capability for afloat forces, as well as network incident response procedures which reduced false-positive reporting and focused valuable technical expertise on analysis of intelligence indicators.

Operations Officer for the Joint Intelligence Group. Senior leader in a diverse 275-member organization of intelligence professionals from all military service branches and the Intelligence Community. Briefed senior defense and congressional staff and performed oversight of interrogation and intelligence production. Managed a $52 Million annual budget and the implementation of service contracts which were critical to the mission. Controlled cost and kept financial obligations within budget while meeting or exceeding requirements for force protection, intelligence production, and compliance with Congressional mandates.
