My recent roles as Customer Consultant (FedEx) and Business Architect (Centiro) required me to match the appropriate tools/services with the customer's needs. This requires analysis and data gathering from the customer and collaboration with internal resources. The end goal is to ensure the correct solution is presented that meets the customers objectives without over committing resources or expense.Another aspect is consultation with customers on their vision for the future and how to help with their projects.
