• Mentor on the RFU coach education pathway for coaches as an accredited coach educator.• Responsible for the up-skilling of coaches to achieve the criteria set out in the RFU national coaching continuum.• Tutoring groups of adults in excess of 20, aged 16-50+.

• Direct line manager for the trainee community rugby coaches (TCRC). Responsible for shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring TCRC.• Co-ordinated and delivered inclusion projects such as the ‘Fairplay’ scheme, liaising with external organisations to meet targets.• Managing Easter & Summer rugby camps: Negotiating fees for venue hire; Planned budgeting for hiring suitable employees; Redesigned promotional material for distribution; Consulted partners in the field for expectations.• Designed and delivered coach education courses as ‘IRB Educator’ to groups of coaches in excess of 25.• Created opportunities for partners to network with one another, to share and learn from experiences, through devising a quarterly seminar evening.• Introducing leadership skills to young people, delivering ongoing support and sustainability through providing training for teacher’s coaches, and other community deliverers in clubs, schools, colleges, universities and other community settings.• Mentor on the RFU coach education pathway for coaches as an accredited coach educator.
