Co-lead researcher of a major nationwide consultation on music education and career pathways for young creatives; for Youth Music's Industry Connect project. Facilitated a four month series of consultations with educational leaders, youth organisations, art institutions and young creatives. Co-authored a deep-dive 80 page report (with Kate McBain) including review of the sector, strategic recommendations on funding and radical approaches to systemic challenges such as diversity, inclusion and industry access with a grassroots and cross-disciplinary focus.

Featured on national press for groundbreaking initiatives including gender-balanced line-ups, authentic & diverse programming and ED&I festival trainee programmes.

Founder of Lyrix Organix, an acclaimed event production and workshop company focussed on youth development and charity partnerships. We explore spoken word, hip hop, folk and lyrical music in experimental events that push the boundaries between artist and audience. Regular guests have included Ed Sheeran, Kate Tempest, Akala, Lowkey, Michael Kiwanuka, Shlomo and more. Headline shows at Royal Albert Hall, Roundhouse, Kings Place, Union Chapel, Sage Gateshead, London 2012 and Tate Britain.
