Part-time work as a contributing photographer/writer for Intermezzo Magazine. Specifically, chronicled golfing resorts in Europe and the Caribbean. Intermezzo explores a variety of fine life experiences in international cuisine, wine and spirits, kitchen and home decor, wellness, leisure and travel. Intermezzo is written for readers who enjoy cooking and entertaining at home and traveling in search of wonderful food experiences.

Head of Marketing and Business Development - consulting on CAD related issues to companies such as Prime Computer’s ComputerVision Corporation. In this capacity, Dan traveled throughout the U.S. and Canada training architects and engineers on all aspects of ComputerVision’s CAD product line. Other customers included General Electric’s Aircraft Engine Division, Ashland Oil Company, Talbots, Avery-Dennison, Vision Sciences, Inc. and the Department of Immigration and Naturalization in Canada.A changing business landscape coupled with wide-reaching customer needs lead CambridgeCAD to offer more generalized IT Support and Services. As a principal with CambridgeCAD, Dan played in active role in the day-to-day support efforts as well as marketing and sales.In 1998, CambridgeCAD became Conduit Systems, Inc.

Education and training in engineering and architecture led Dan to a career with DFTA, Inc., where he was instrumental in helping in the design of such diverse projects as The Center for the Performing Arts at Bucknell University, the Pavilion at Villanova University and a 500-car parking garage at Northeastern University. As his career progressed, Dan became Marketing Director at DFTA, and introduced and implemented the use of a Computer Aided Drafting and Design System. He was then responsible for training as a natural consequence of his being an early adopter of this new technology. In his next step of migrating the company from drafting boards to PCs, Dan began to make the transition to a new breed of engineering and architecture.
