I graduated as a management trainee from the biggest FMCG company in Indonesia.1st phase : General Trade DepartmentI sell the product by a motorbike with me to store in my area that listed in General Trade Categories (warung). After 1months, I become Sales Force Team Leader. As a MT, I pushed to become an "agent of change", so I made the most effective & efficient strategy to increase sales performance by making adjustment on distribution flow strategy to salesforce on General Trade (warung Channel) in Pekalongan, Central Java.2nd Phase : Marketing Department- I experienced become consumer marketing to boost awareness, trial and engagement with customer & community by making activation & event in West Sumatera.- Then HORECA marketing to increase awareness by make a placement plan for our POSM that will install on HORECA, and increase trial by managing activation on HORECA outlet in Padang.- Managing HORECA partner.- Modern Trade Marketing, I have to improve & maintain product faceup on every Modern Trade outlet in South Sulawesi to increase awareness of our product. Dealing with DC manager to make a sales strategy based on data I had. My biggest achievement was, I success increasing 30% in sales volume for South Sulawesi Area in my 3rd months I handled Modern Trade Marketing.- Managing Key Account Modern Trade Partner.3rd Phase : Sub-Agent Department- Analyzing complex data from General Trade, Marketing & Nielsen to make the most efficient distribution strategy.- Price Management in order to improve distribution flow from Sub-Agent to General Trade.- Maintain good relationship with Sub-Agents in Purwokerto, Central Java.
