Key Achievements includeChanging the strategic direction of the business to a fully integrated hub & spoke strategy.The creation of a highly profitable & cash generative Thames Valley office with a turnover of circa £7m.The creation of a national BPO and payroll center which included the development & implementation of the strategy.Orchestrated a complete change of philosophy regarding debtors and wip management across the whole business such that lockup was reduced to best in class numbers.Sourced acquired and integrated seven acquisitions in 5 years and in the process wrote the implementation manual and checklists.Acquisitions included that of a distressed Numerica Plc (£40m t/o multi office) including leading the reduction of their central overheads ( from £12m to £3m). Initiated the development & led the design of the Steps Leadership Program for our young high flyers including mentoring 12 of them through to partnership.Brought in 2 of the 5 largest clients in the business (fees of £300k and £200k pa)The business was sold in June 2010.
