As a Technical Project Coordinator with experience in managing data center migrations and executing multiple projects on time and within budget, I am passionate about using my skills to facilitate the formulation of project objectives and defining project scope with stakeholders and technical teams. I have a demonstrated ability to improve project processes by implementing new technical documentation and project intake processes while also training stakeholders in new systems and features.With experience in frameworks like Kanban and Scrum, I have effectively coached teams on how to work smarter and more efficiently, while also training incoming team members on job responsibilities and procedural layouts. My skills in project management, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving have allowed me to deliver tracking, risk assessment and mitigation, communication, and key performance metrics. I am also skilled in organizational policy, and I have experience working independently as well as leading teams.I hold a B.S. in Human Biology from The University of Indianapolis, as well as certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile Fluency Game Facilitator, and Global Competence Certificate. I am also a Training from the Back of the Room Practitioner.Overall, I am an excellent verbal and written communicator, highly organized, a quick learner, and an excellent multitasker. I am dedicated to driving continuous improvement through post-project reviews and facilitating quality assurance reviews.
