I developed effective relationships with management and business owners as well as developed teams. I successfully produced quality products and features that boosted performance and profits. I developed and managed domestic key strategic projects that incorporated 14 IT teams, vendor, internal supporting projects and operations teams. I led Agile teams to successful launch of Long Term Care Divisions (LTC) turnkey microsites, Agent Resource Center (ARC) Role-Based functionality (Field Administration and Super Users), eApp (ARC features), and on-going support and maintenance of ARC and Sales Force Integration. I also worked closely with internal clients to create a strong team environment that led to successful project implementation. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:Improved sales effectiveness in Call Centers which increased strategic sale per employee by 47%.Improved sales strategies resulted in net sales increase conversion of 26% which drove a 2.6% revenue increase.Developed, implemented, and tracked all channel compensation plans. Led cross-functional team to develop a web based automated sales tracking and analysis tool.

In my role as Product Manager, I was responsible for $119M annual revenue and for developing and implementing national marketing campaigns and sales incentive programs for key strategic consumer and business products. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:Increased product revenue by 15%, penetration by 20%, and reduced churn by 32% over P/Y.Developed and implemented a new bundle product which extended the product lifecycle and increased average revenue per residential line by 47%.Led cross-functional team to ensure Sales Channel readiness for new product launches and quarterly National Marketing campaigns.
