I worked for Mobilenet Communications, which is a TELUS authorized dealer.My position as an assistant manager came with different tasks because I worked both in the front desk and also in the back supporting the representatives.In the front desk, I provided good customer service to all of our clients as well as walk ins and I also did a lot of administrative work like helping with the hiring, keeping track of the representatives hours and appointments, and keeping all the files organized. I supported the representatives by always keeping them on track with new information and products and lastly opening their new client accounts.I noticed that I was able to keep all of our clients have very happy with my service giving their friends and families referrals and the store was very organized helping the representatives increase their sales each month.
