Dining/Stewarding Supervisor
Current- Organize work assignments, make recommendations regarding training, performance evaluations, and discipline for stewarding team.
- Maintain cleanliness of Food & Beverage areas, including silverware, cutlery, glassware, etc.
- Safely utilize and store all cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials.
- Managing the teams schedule and proper personal for the functions to operate accordingly.
- Event and banquet setup assistance.
