Supervision of trainers and military on proper operation, repairs, and overall knowledge of MRAP vehicles.

Develops, applies, revises, and maintains quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements. Writes inspection procedures. Reviews and evaluates in-process rejections and implements corrective action as needed. Participates, in audits. May provide technical support to inspection.

Coordination and direction of subordinates and interfacing with Government site personnel to plan work requirements while troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing tactical/combat vehicles. Providing training in repair on hydraulics, diesel engines, and fabrication of parts and tools. Function as first-line supervisor with the responsibility of directing.

Determine extent of corrective action and repair parts required. In-progress inspection when major units/or assemblies are repaired or replaced to insure proper fittings, clearance, etc. Conducts final inspection of repaired equipment, making visual, auditory, and operational tests to insure that all repairs, replacements, and adjustments are made by.
