Lead North America's Data and Analytics Strategy to maximize capabilities and Customer value from an exceptional Workforce Solutions Company.

Manage key strategic initiatives to drive the productivity and effectiveness of Manpower Sales Organization. Proactively monitor performance both from the perspective of Key Leading Indicators of success as well as the actual contributions from the sales organization. Maintain a consistent focus is on creating an infrastructure including tools, technology and training to position all sales professionals for success. Work with all cross functional partners to set expectations for new client acquisition, existing client management and overall market presence. In addition to the Sales Operations function my role is also tasked with developing a Business Intelligence team to deliver actionable insights to key organizational leaders & build solutions to deliver Client consumable analytics that differentiate the Manpower brand from the competition. Execute on these objectives by managing a team of Sales Operations Analysts and Business Analysts to create an environment of information driven decisions that lead the organization to increased revenue with improved profitability.
