Promoted to Associate Director for significantly growing account and expanding services as well as creating and implementing people engagement workstreams focused on scheduling, rewards, recognition, career development and tools/resources. Reduced turnover to less than 5% and achieved President's Circle in 2017. Developed and promoted three operation supervisors to operations manager (level 1).

Directed and supervised HHS Hospital Housekeeping Program. Worked daily with both department management and fellow supervisors as recurrent instructor and mentor, to ensure high work morale that embodied values of HHS. Oversaw hiring and training of new hires and current employees and monitored purchasing of cleaning supplies and control of department budget. • Worked with other members of senior leadership to develop and review department policy and procedures. • Visited housekeeping areas daily to ensure that department met quality expected of HHS brand. • Conducted safety meetings, training, departmental meetings, and annual reviews with encouraged input from staff.
