Current- Management and execution of the daily processes of SpectraCal's meter Calibration Laboratory.- Designed and built SpectraCal's state of the art color and meter Calibration Lab from the ground up exceeding the quality standards outlined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) while simultaneously quadrupling work throughput.- Independently researched and created a standard for the analytical characterization of projector screen material currently used by several projector screen manufacturers.- Developed hardware and software for SpectraCal's VideoForge line of reference pattern generators.-Designed and managed the manufacturing procedures for several versions of the VideoForge pattern generators.-Created color and luminance accuracy metrics for several colorimeters and spectroradiometers which greatly increased their range of applicability and value to customers.
