Regulator relationship management.• QANTAS Engineering Safety Management System Oversight.• ISO 9001 Accreditation oversight.• Work Health Safety & Environment Strategies and performance oversight.• Airsafe Maintenance Error Management System. This role was a new role implemented to review and implement initiatives related to aircraft maintenance psychology and human factors. The position reported to the Head of Quality and Safety QANTAS Engineering took charge current and implementation of new Airsafe programs.
