CurrentChartered Building Surveyor with 20 years experience in the delivery of core Building Surveying and Project Management Services Inc. Contract Administration, Dilapidations, Party Walls, Acquisition Surveys, Condition Surveys, Defect Diagnosis and Measured Surveys. Prior to the formation of BWP in 2008 Darren was appointed head of the Manchester office of RLF and was previously head of Building Surveying at Davis Langdon. Darren recognises the importance of a personal approach to all instructions no matter how big or small which results in regular repeat instructions from clients who Darren has worked with for over fifteen years.
