I started my career as a carpenter, where I learned the importance of attention to detail. When I transitioned into the electrical side of construction, I began to notice that not everyone shared my appreciation for care and precision. Doing the job safely, efficiently, and on-time is critical, but it's still not quite enough. The project needs to look good and be a visible testament to the attention that went into the project. For example, the conduit and other details should be straight and shouldn't attract attention. If lighting fixtures and design elements are part of the project, they should be functional AND attractive at the same time.
