This work is now undertaken by MyCube LtdConsultancy support to Financial Services businesses: 1. Launched an adviser academy to bring significant new recruits into the Financial Services industry, whilst ensuring the proposition delivered the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure graduates would generate significant business once authorised. 2. Provided investment governance advice to Distribution firms, including evaluating the end-to-end sales process; establishing an Investment Committee and supporting the business to increase Assets Under Management. 3. Provide coaching to business owners and their teams to achieve their personal and business goals (including trainees entering the industry)4. Developed an online training proposition to support the Financial Services sector increase the number of qualified advisers. The proposition provides a low-cost academy for Networks and Service providers to grow their business. The proposition can also be developed for any industry. Clients include Regulated Financial Advice firms, Investment Companies, Product Providers and Charities developing their financial systems.

The Financial Adviser School was acquired by Old Mutual Wealth in February 2016, and through the hard work of a dedicated team, we completely overhauled the proposition. Initially it operated on a not-for-profit basis and helped to bring in over 300 new advisers during my tenure working with firms across the U.K., both directly authorised and Appointed Representatives firms. When I left Quilter, we had the capacity for 150 students to go through the programme each year. With the unique and fully supported training programme that we built, students obtained not just the necessary Level 4 qualifications but also the broad spectrum of skills an adviser needs.

Aug 2013 - July 2014 Contracted to assist in the redesign of the end to end Investment Process working with both internal and external stakeholders. The work included creating Operational Procedures to support the Governance Framework for the Investment Committee.Aug 2014 - Contracted to work within the CEO's office overseeing Strategic projects including: Acquisitions, integration across SBU's and Target Operating Model.Aug 2015 - Project manager for the acquisition of the Financial Adviser School (FAS) and currently redeveloping the proposition to secure new entrants into the Financial Services sector.

Treasurer for BASED-UK an NGO which collaborates closely with the Mongolian Development Centre, and with the Inshindo Foundation in Zambia and is focussed on projects primarily aimed at capacity building at the grass roots.

I joined Bankhall as Head of Commercial Development and helped to develop a number of new propositions prior to the sale of the business to Sesame. Within the Sesame Bankhall Group I was initially Head of Strategic Propositions and given the mandate to develop the Wealth Management division including launching the Platform proposition; Optimum, a new Investment Company and built a Centralised Investment Proposition underpinned by the internal research capability of the company.In November 2012 I was also given ownership of the Technical and Research departments to develop a more cohesive proposition to the market. The function became one of the first lines of defence for risk management and introduced robust processes for quantitative and qualitative research of products and funds available to investors.

As a joint founder of EQI and originally a non-executive Director I joined EQI as an Executive Director after leaving BBB to assist in the development of its Consultancy business which provided Compliance support to IFA's and Mortgage Brokers post M-day. The business also provided support to a number of niche financial services groups.

I joined BBB as their Sales Director to launch the new Protection Network which achieved profit within the first year of trading. Subsequently I was promoted to Operations Director for Berkeley Independent Advisers to improve operational efficiency and to develop strategic business opportunities to increase revenue.
